On this tour the tourist will have the opportunity to see the largest crater in the world, Poas volcano crater, visit one of the oldest coffee plantations in the area and visit known as the birthplace of Costa Rican Sarchi crafts.
After picking up tourists at the different hotels we drive to the city of Alajuela known as the "city of the mango trees", which is on the way to the volcano, after passing through the center of the city of Alajuela, start to climb scenic roads that take us to the volcano, on the way we can see coffee plantations, strawberries and a spectacular view of the entire central valley.
Once we get to the volcano make a short trek to reach the crater in which we will observe the vegetation in the colossus where one of its main features is the famous "umbrella poor" plant used by the Indians to cover themselves from rain.
Once we go down the crater we will move to Doka coffee plantation over 96 years old and here learn everything about coffee from the time of planting, harvesting and manufacturing process, packaging and export, here we enjoy a delicious typical lunch and taste a delicious coffee .
At the end here we will go to Sarchi, place of Costa Rican craft crib, we can see the world's largest carreta and visit a souvenir shop where tourists can observe the beauty of the woodwork making artisans in the area.
